4.1 Data Accessed

When you connect your Gmail account, our application accesses the following Google user data via OAuth 2.0:

• Your Gmail messages (read-only) — to display sent and received emails within the CRM.
• Ability to send emails on your behalf — to compose and send emails to contacts through your connected Gmail account.

4.2 Data Usage

Google user data is used solely to provide the email features of the platform — specifically to connect Gmail accounts, view email history, and send emails to contacts. We do not use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to this feature.

4.3 Data Sharing

Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties. It is only processed by our own infrastructure to deliver the Gmail features described above.

4.4 Data Storage & Protection

• OAuth tokens used to access your Gmail are encrypted and stored securely.
• Email data accessed through Gmail is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is needed to display it in the CRM.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4.5 Data Retention & Deletion

• Gmail OAuth tokens are retained only while your account is active and the Gmail connection is enabled.
• You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Email Accounts settings page, which immediately revokes our access.
• To request full deletion of your data, email us at privacy@salesai.jain.software — we will process it within 30 days.

4.6 Google API Disclosure

Our use of Google API data is limited to what is described in this policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
